You have made your booking for your Studio Photoshoot

Here are a few important things to remember:

  1. The deposit is non refundable should you move or cancel the shoot. The reason for this is that we have kept the time slot selected by you open for you and might have said no to other clients that wanted to book the same time.
  2. Our photoshoots are for a certain time period. This is the time that you are in the studio. From the time you walk in until the time you walk out.  For instance 1 hour. (Professional shoot) You can of course change clothes etc. But that will be part of the time that you have booked in the studio. We get clients that choose to change clothes, check make-up and hair etc for let’s say 20 min of the shoot. That means there is now 40 minutes available for the shoot.
  3. Your shoot is booked for a certain time slot. If you are late for your appointment we can not extend the time because you are late. The full amount will still be payable.
  4. We can not extend the shooting time without charging extra because kids are not behaving the way they should.
  5. If you do not want a selection of your photos on our website or social media platforms please inform us. ( We will NEVER publish any photos of nudity or partial nudity without getting your written consent)
  6. We have very expensive equipment in our studio. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that your children doesn’t run all over the place and maybe hurt themselves or damage equipment.
  7. If you have any specific ideas please communicate it to us so we can help you achieve that end result.

Clothing and Make-up

  1. You can of course wear just what you want for the shoot. We suggest colours that doesn’t clash with each other or that don’t have to much of a stripe or block pattern.
  2. We unfortunately do not rent out clothes. We do however have wrap around cloths that can be used in pregnancy and boudoir sessions.
  3. It is a good idea that you come with make-up done. This is the photos you want to use for enlargements in your house, on Facebook etc.

What happens after the shoot?

  1. After the shoot all the photos that we have taken will be uploaded to a secure website and a password will be given to you for private and secure viewing of the photos.(These photos will be watermarked and may not be downloaded or used.)
  2. You then choose the photos that you want edited.
  3. Please see the difference between editing and extensive retouching. All our photoshoots includes basic editing. Extensive retouching can be done at R250-00 per face in a photo.
  4. Once you have made your selection for editing it might take up to 4 working days to supply you with your edited photos, depending on how busy we are at that specific time.
  5. Your edited photos will be supplied to via a Google Drive download link.
  6. Believe it or not, some people take VERY long to place their order for editing. We had someone recently that wanted to order her photos 4 years after her shoot. Photos will be deleted 6 months after the shoot if no order has been placed. We will not give any refunds in such a situation.

Very Important

  1. The balance is payable BEFORE the shoot start. We do have card facilities.
  2. We NEVER give out any unedited photos. Photos not chosen for editing will be deleted immediately after you have made your selection for editing.
  3. Make sure you keep your edited photos in a safe place. We only keep edited photos for a short time period after you have received them.
  4. You get a certain number of edited photos in your package, extra edits can be ordered at R35.00 each. The R35.00 does not include a printed version of the photo. It only includes a digital file.
